Three cases are on the agenda for the next Plan/Zoning Board of Appeals meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, March 24 at City Hall.
The board will hear Case No. ZBA-16-05 V. Applicant Matt Zimmer has applied for a variation to expand a legally non-conforming garage at 420 W. Clarendon St. The following case, No. ZBA-16-06 V, is regarding fence variations. Applicant Michael Flaherty is requesting the variations for 305. E. School Lane.
The board will also review Case No. ZBA-16-07 SUP. The applicant, Chuck Knoblauch, is requesting a special use permit to allow a sit-down restaurant, Elsie's Place, located at 1204 N. Milwaukee Ave., Prospect Heights, and 99 E. Palatine Road, Wheeling.
The board will review the applications, documentation and photos for each case. After considering the applicable municipal codes and hearing comments from the public, the board may ask the applicant for more information or continue, approve or deny the application.
The public is invited to attend the meeting at City Hall, 8 N. Elmhurst Road. The next meeting of the board is scheduled for 7 p.m. on April 28.
