The Northbrook Bicycle Task Force will discuss ranking criteria for selected projects during its next meeting at 7 p.m. today in the Terrace Conference Room on the second floor of Village Hall, 1225 Cedar Lane.
In addition to the ranking criteria, the task force will discuss other projects to help make the village more bicycle-friendly, including the proposed southern extension of the Skokie Valley Trail. Northbrook, Northfield, Glenview and Wilmette have been studying the possibility of using an unused Union Pacific right-of-way as a bike trail through the four towns.

The task force's next scheduled meeting after today is on March 9.
