The Village President and board of trustees of the Villiage of Wilmette, Illinois will meet November 24 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The special meeting will be held in the second floor conference room at the Village Hall, 1200 Wilmette Ave.
Public comment is invited before President Bob Bielinski and board adjourn to Executive Session. During the session, collective negotiations will be discussed, according to Section 2 (c) (2) of the Open Meetings Act.
The Illinois Open Meetings Act requires that government meetings be open to the public, with a few exceptions. In this case, the Executive Session can be closed while the board discusses collective negotiations between the board and Village employees or their representatives. The Executive Session can also be closed when discussing salary schedules.
