Mazzochi criticizes Pritzker's investment in Centene Corp., calls for transparency

The Better Government Association recently released a report that showed that Gov. J.B. Pritzker has invested in the Centene Corp., which has received billions of dollars in state contracts for Medicaid, and Rep. Deanne Mazzochi took issue with this in a recent press conference.

The Illinois Education Association is working alongside Reps. Fred Crespo (D-Hoffman Estates) and Tony McCombie (R-Savanna) on legislation focused on having school districts comply with requirements in the School Threat Assessment Law, which was sponsored by Crespo and McCombie and signed into law in 2019.
