3. DISCUSSION TOPICS
A. Update on Schematic Design of a new Fire Station #11 to be located at 820 Dundee and an adaptive reuse of 3504 Commercial for a new Fleet Maintenance Garage
Staff will present the Schematic Design for both facilities and seek consensus of the Village Board to finalize the Schematic Design program and cost for each of the projects with a formal resolution at the April 22, 2025 Regular Meeting of the Village Board which would advance the projects to Design Development.
