3. 162 N. Porter Street: Spot Replacement of Deteriorated Siding; Prep, Prime and Paint in Three-Color Paint Scheme, House and Garage; Replace all vinyl windows with aluminum-clad wood windows.
4. 636 N. Spring Street: Uncover 1st floor foyer window; Remove failing wood attic window and replace with round wood window with bottom key trim to match historic photograph; Install half-moon glass window at 2nd floor window; Spot replace deteriorated wood to match the existing; Prep, Prime and Paint in FourColor Paint Scheme (Shingle/Clapboard: Green; Flat Trim: White; Decorative Trim: Coral Red (corbels, crown moldings, drip, guard, etc.); Back wood door: red

1. 423 E. Chicago Street: Replacement of 11 vinyl windows with aluminum-clad wood windows
2. 415 DuPage Street: Replace Aluminum-storm windows with new wood storm windows; Replace non-original garage doors with carriage style doors, Scrape and paint entire house – wood areas only.
3. 277 Lessenden Place: Rebuild non-original stoop with appropriate wood stoop
4. 376 Prairie Street: Replacement of Asphalt Shingle Roof with Cedar
5. 926 N. Spring Street: Replacement of k-style gutters with half-round gutters; Rescreen and repaint front porch wood framed screen units; Replace front porch screen door with mahogany wood screen door to match pattern found in dormer windows; Sand and restain front porch floor and beadboard.
6. 603 Wellington Avenue: Rehab front porch and side deck in appropriate design
