Each written comment submitted on the website will be delivered to each member of the Village Board prior to the meeting but will not be read out loud at the meeting unless specifically requested. Please note that while the Village Board will not immediately respond to public comments at the meeting, or engage in a back and forth discussion during the meeting, we are of course actively listening to all comments, thoughts, and suggestions. 9. CONSENT AGENDA
The matters listed for consideration on the Consent Agenda are matters that appear to have the unanimous support of the Board of Trustees. The Village President will review, designate the resolution or ordinance number for passage and then inquire if any member of the Board or member of the public objects to any item on the Consent Agenda. If any objections are raised, the matter will be removed from the Consent Agenda and relocated to a location on this agenda for consideration during the appropriate Board Committee report. If no objection is voiced, the Village President will request a motion and second for passage of all items listed. The resultant roll call vote on the Consent Agenda will be applicable to each individual agenda item.
A. A Confirming Resolution Approving Emergency Generator Repairs at the Water Treatment Plant by Midwest Power Industry of Ringwood, Illinois and a Corresponding Budget Amendment.
A Confirming Resolution Approving Emergency Generator Repairs at the Water Treatment Plant by Midwest Power Industry of Ringwood, Illinois and Corresponding Budget Amendment in the amount of $110,000.
B. A Resolution Authorizing the Transfer of Special Permits to Allow the Operation of a Membership Sports and Recreation Facility by new Owner/Operator (1900 Old Willow Road) (BOT-23-07)
The Applicant requests approval for special permit transfer of previously approved a Membership Sports and Recreation Facility to a new owner/operator of the facility. Section 11-602 I of the Zoning Code requires approval of such transfer by adoption of a resolution by the Village Board of Trustees. No public hearing is required.
C. Consideration of various actions to approve the zoning relief application for Rosewater Senior Care - Alpha, LLC at 2944-2960 Dundee Road, Plan Commission Docket No. PCD-22-13.
The Applicant requests a Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Rezoning, Lot Consolidation, Special Permit, Variation, and Site Plan approval to allow construction and operation of an assisted living facility for up to 17 residents. The Plan Commission recommends approval of the requested relief. The following documents are included for consideration:
i. An Ordinance Amending the Comprehensive Plan
ii. An Ordinance Rezoning the Subject Property
iii. A Resolution Consolidating the two lots into one
iv. An Ordinance Approving a Special Permit for an Assisted Living Facility with a Variation and site plan approval
D. An Ordinance Providing for the Disposal of Surplus Property and Evidence The Police Department is seeking authorization pursuant to the Law Enforcement Disposition of Property Act, 765 ILCS 1030/0.01 et seq. and according to Section 2-193 of the Northbrook municipal code to dispose of surplus property and evidence that has been determined to be unclaimed.
