Village of Buffalo Grove Farmer's Market Committee met May 22.

Here is the agenda as provided by the committee: 

I. Call to Order

II. Minutes Approval from April 26th

III. Public Portion

        1) Discussion of pending vendor applications

        2) Discuss pending returning vendors

        3) Educational vendor- update on the educational activities for children

        4) Pass out the extra t-shirts

        5) Discuss setup teams for weekly setup/take down of info booth

        6) Do we need another meeting before opening day of June 18th?

        7) Reminder of team members helping vendors with tents only

        8) Open Floor
