"In River North on Monday, our Comm. Safety Team pulled over a vehicle for having 1 headlight & an expired registration. Officers learned the driver had a suspended license. A loaded firearm was recovered from the 25yo passenger, who didnt have a valid FOID/CCL. He was charged."
