A. Acceptance of a Plat of Easement for Stormwater Management Purposes within the Site Located at 375 Second Street (No Cost)

Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving busi nesses and residents.

B. Acceptance of a Plat of Easement for Stormwater Management Purposes within the Site Located at 1751 Berkley Street (No Cost)

Objective: Fulfill the city’s obligation to maintain reliable infrastructure for serving busi nesses and residents.

C. Amendment No. 2 to Engineering Services Agreement with Donohue & Associates, Inc. for Electrical Engineering Services ($500,000)

Objective: Provide the city with engineering services to evaluate, design and provide con struction services related to electrical improvements at the Leo Nelson Riverside and Airlite Water treatment Plants.

D. Community Task Force on Policing—Report of Findings and Recommendations Members of the Community Task Force on Policing will be presenting on the Report of Find ings and Recommendations submitted to the city council on September 1, 2022.
