Village of Palatine Fire and Police Commission met June 15.

I. CALL TO ORDER

Also present were: Fire Chief Patrick Gratzianna, Deputy Fire Chief Anthony Lavacchi and Deputy Fire Chief Scott Mackeben for the Firefighter/Paramedic interview only, Police Chief Dave Daigle, Police Deputy Chief Bill Nord and Police Deputy Chief Bryce Baker.

II. CLOSED SESSION AS REQUIRED

1. Consider a Motion Requesting a Closed Session Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) Personnel Matters to Conduct Oral Interviews -

No closed session was requested.

III. CONDUCT ORAL INTERVIEWS FOR FIREFIGHTERS/PARAMEDICS There was one interview conducted for the Fire Department.

IV. CONDUCT ORAL INTERVIEWS FOR POLICE OFFICER

There were 9 interviews conducted for the Police Department.

V. CONDUCT ORAL INTERVIEW FOR LATERAL TRANSFER

There was one Lateral Transfer interview conducted for the Police Department.

VI. PREPARE ELIGIBILITY LIST FOR POLICE OFFICER

Eligibility list for Police Officer was established. Out of 24 candidates 18 passed all parts of the testing process and were placed on the eligibility list.

ADJOURNMENT

At 6:03 p.m. Commissioner Dan Nallen made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Commissioner Hader. Motion carried and meeting was adjourned.
