Petition Signing Continues
While we thought that our petition signing was concluded last week, a recent development has occurred requiring our immediate help.
Last week, a Special Judicial Filing Period opened for the 13th Judicial Subcircuit. Gary Seyring has decided to enter the Republican primary to be the Republican candidate in November. But first, he needs to get on the June 28 primary ballot. He has an opponent already.
As most of you probably know, Gary is a long time STRO member and a Board member. Gary is a well respected, ethical and honest attorney (the kind we need on the bench). He has headed up our Charitable Giving programs for several years and he and his wife, Terry, have worked tirelessly on behalf of Republican candidates over the years.
Gary needs to gather over 1,000 signatures by March 27 and that will be a formidable task. He needs our help now. Please click HERE
for a copy of Gary's Petition and ask your friends and neighbors to sign (if they are a registered voter in Schaumburg, Hanover or Barrington Township). Additionally, if you feel that you cannot help gather signature, then please stop by our office on the following dates and times and sign at the office.
Please stop by our office at 622 S. Roselle Rd. in Schaumburg and sign Gary's petition on one of these dates.
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - March 18, 19 and 20 from noon to 6 pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday - March 25, 26 and 27 from noon to 6 pm
Gary and I appreciate your support in this petition effort.

Our March meeting will feature Illinois Gubernatorial Candidate Jesse Sullivan.
Jesse is a fifth generation Illinoisan, who was born, raised, and now lives in Petersburg, a mile from where President Abraham Lincoln first entered politics. He believes that Lincoln was our nation’s greatest political example of moral leadership. He is running for Governor because our state should be exceptional, but our politics are terrible – He wants to make Illinois a “shining city on a hill” that Lincoln would be proud of.
This meeting will be held at Chandlers Banquets, 401 N. Roselle Rd. in Schaumburg. The doors will open at 8:00 am with breakfast at 8:20 am. The program will begin at about 8:50 am. The cost for current 2022 members is $20 and the cost for non-members is $25. The cost helps defray the cost of the extensive buffet breakfast which includes eggs, pancakes, bacon, sausage, hash browns, fresh fruit, muffins, danish, juice, coffee, tea. April 23, 2022 Meeting
Our April meeting will feature Illinois Gubernatorial Candidate Gary Rabine.
Right out of high school, Gary began in the paving business and soon partnered with his dad. Starting in the northwest part of Illinois, it grew steadily, paving driveways and parking lots throughout Illinois. Gary knows the importance of keeping jobs here at home, and he’s proud that almost all of his businesses have been started and grown in our state. Gary’s vision for Illinois is to be the best entrepreneurial environment of any state in the middle of the greatest country in the world.
