The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $15,231.44, 1.69% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 11 properties sold in Northbrook.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Theresa Di Silvestro, 87, was the only registered voter residing at 2750 Prince St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
