On Dec. 30, Faiza Shakil purchased a home at 5531 Main St., Morton Grove from Gloria J. Tushbai (trustee), Myron S. Tushbai (trustee), Myron S. Tushbai (trust) and Gloria J. Tushbai (trust) for $355,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $7,213.31, 2.03% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of five sales so far in Morton Grove in December 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections,

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 5531 Main St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Mike Stillerman, 88, Myron Sol Tushbai, 76, and Gloria J. Tushbai, 72.
