A-21-112 Ordinance – Amendment to Planned Development Agreement – SSSS Mandal – 1020 Bapa Road
Request the Board approve an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR SSSS MANDAL MIDWEST USA, INC., 1020 BAPA ROAD, STREAMWOOD, ILLINOIS.”
This Ordinance is being presented for second reading and passage.
This Ordinance amends an existing Planned Development Agreement to permit exterior improvements, including canopies, storage, and playground, at an existing religious institution.

A-21-120 Resolution – Participation in the National Multistate Opioid Settlement
Request the Board approve a Resolution entitled “A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING, CONFIRMING AND RATIFYING THE VILLAGE OF STREAMWOOD’S PARTICIPATION IN THE NATIONAL MULTISTATE OPIOID SETTLEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF RELATED SETTLEMENT AGREEMENTS.”
This Resolution requests the Village of Streamwood opt-in as a participant in the Multistate Settlement Agreement.

A-21-122 Resolution – Intergovernmental Agreement – Traffic Lights on State Right-of-Way
Request the Board approve a Resolution entitled “A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF STREAMWOOD, ILLINOIS AND THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS LOCATED ON STATE HIGHWAYS INTERSECTING WITH VILLAGE STREETS WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF STREAMWOOD.”
This Resolution requests the Village enter into a new Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Illinois for traffic signal maintenance.

I-21-001 Info Item – Holiday Traffic Enforcement
The Streamwood Police Department is partnering with other local law enforcement agencies throughout the state, to save lives by increasing the enforcement of impaired driving during the winter holidays. From December 17 through January 3, motorists will see an increase in safety patrols and traffic stops, along with additional messaging on the dangers of impaired driving. Please remember to buckle up, drive carefully, and make it to your destination safely!

A-21-119 Ordinance – Approval of 2022 Non-Union Employee Pay Plan
Request the Board approve an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 11, SECTION 1-11-2-2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF STREAMWOOD, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.”
This Ordinance is being presented for second reading and passage.
This Ordinance establishes 2022 salary ranges for the eight job categories affecting non-union Village employees.
I-21-002 Info Item – Holiday Closures
Village Hall will be closed Thursday, December 23, Friday, December 24, and Friday, December 31 in observance of the Holidays. On behalf of the Village President, Board of Trustees, and the entire staff of the Village, we hope everyone has a very safe and happy holiday season, and all the best for a Happy New Year.
