Judson University issued the following announcement on Dec. 4
For the second time in as many days, the Eagles struck first in an NCCAA elimination contest. Unfortunately for Judson, Campbellsville scored the game's final three goals to end Judson's national championship hopes in a 3-1 Eagle loss.
Mateo Vadora scored the Eagle goal and was assisted by Luis Germano. Martin Argirov played phenomenally by making 10 saves on 13 shots in the contest. Germano led the Eagles in shots with six total and four on target. Vadora was the only other Eagle with a shot on goal. Sebastian Padua, Rafael Rocha, and Pedro Rodrigues each had a shot for Judson.
This was Judson's best finish to a season since the 2009 NCCAA National Championship.
