Request the Board approve an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A FIRST AMENDMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR LOT 4 OF THE V-LAND DEVELOPMENT – STREAMWOOD CROSSINGS IN THE VILLAGE OF STREAMWOOD, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS” This item is being presented for second reading and passage.
This Ordinance amends Ordinance 2004-57 to permit the construction of a Chipotle Restaurant with a drive-thru at 510 S Sutton Road.

Request the Board approve an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SELECT SECTIONS OF TITLE 1, ENTITLED “ADMINISTRATION,” TITLE 4, ENTITLED “POLICE REGULATIONS,” TITLE 5, ENTITLED “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC,” TITLE 6, ENTITLED “FIRE PROTECTION,” AND AMENDING, IN ITS ENTIRETY, TITLE 9, ENTITLED “BUILDING REGULATIONS,” OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF STREAMWOOD, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS.” This item is being presented for second reading and passage.
This Ordinance amends various sections of the Municipal Code of Ordinances including updates to conform to state law, new Building and Fire Codes, and enforcement.

This proclamation establishes the authorized trick-or-treating hours for the Village of Streamwood as Sunday, October 31 from 3:00-7:00 pm

A-21-094 Motion – Business Assistance Grant Program
Request the Board approve and authorize the creation of the Streamwood Development Assistance Program.
This Motion creates the Streamwood Development Assistance Program, which provides grant aid to local businesses investing in the community and authorizes the Community and Economic Development Commission to review and recommend grant aid to the Village Board.

A-21-095 Resolution – Approval of Village 2022 Meeting Calendar
Request the Board approve a Resolution entitled “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE VILLAGE OF STREAMWOOD 2022 MEETING AND HOLIDAY CALENDAR.”
This Resolution adopts the 2022 Calendar for Village meetings and holidays.

A-21-096 Resolution – Estimated 2021 Property Tax Ley
Request the Board approve a Resolution entitled “A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING THE PROPERTY TAXES TO BE LEVIED FOR THE 2021 PROPERTY TAX LEVY.”
This Resolution estimates the 2021 Property Tax Levy (payable in 2022) for the Village. The proposed levy is $12,797,960.00, which is the net levy amount from the 2020 Tax Levy.

A-21-091 Ordinance – Approval of Disposal of Surplus Equipment
Request the Board approve an Ordinance entitled “AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE BY PRIVATE SALE, OR TRANSFER OF SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF STREAMWOOD.” This item is being presented for second reading and passage.
This Ordinance approves declaring various items surplus and authorizing the disposal of these items by private sale, trade-in, donation, or to otherwise discard them at the least cost to the Village.
