In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $5,735.92, which is 1.91% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold on Aug. 10, 2010 for $177,500.

This property is one of two sales so far in Des Plaines in October 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Mihai Chinte has been registered to vote since 2017. Blanca Bitca has been registered to vote since 2014 and has voted in at least one primary election, records show, including one Republican Primary.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
