Judson University issued the following announcement on Oct. 16
The Judson University Football team fell to St. Francis by the final score of 34-0 on Saturday in MSFA play.
Aubrey Williams started at quarterback and converted 15 of 27 passes for 69 yards and two interceptions. Sherond Boyd ran for 50 yards on 10 carries. Brandon Mackey had 27 yards rushing, while Negil Bruce added 20 yards on the ground. O'Vauntay Vickers had six receptions for 38 yards to lead Judson. Jordan West had two receptions for 17 yards.
Defensively, Franklin Sayers had a forced fumble, a fumble recovery, and eight tackles to lead Judson. Chance Cregeen had seven tackles, while EJ Glober had six tackles for the Eagles. Sayers had a forced fumble, Jontrell Mitchell had a fumble recovery.
Judson (2-5, 1-2 MSFA) returns to action on Saturday, October 23 vs. Roosevelt at 2:00 p.m.
