On Sept. 20, Oleksandr Drobyshevshy and Terri Joe Tingen purchased a commercial property at 2710 Prairie Ave. 2710, Evanston from Michelle Barger and Martin Walsh for $479,000.

In 2019, the property tax paid for this property was $7,493.28, which is 1.56% of the sale price of the home.

This commercial property last sold for $314,000 on Dec. 6, 2002.

So far in September 2021, 74 properties sold in Evanston.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Martin B. Walsh has been registered to vote since 2003.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 2710 Prairie Ave. 2710 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Martin B. Walsh, 54, and Michelle L. Barger-Walsh, 50.
