CALL TO ORDER
President Roth called the workshop to order at 7:28 p.m. following the regular Board meeting.

All those answering “present” were physically present at the meeting.
Also present: Village Manager Sharon Caddigan; Community Development Director John Peterson; Finance Director Josh Peacock; Fire Chief Chris Clark; IT Director Joe Ritter; Police Chief Daryl Syre; Public Works Director Matt Mann; Executive Service Corps representatives Jim Norman and Lance Hoxie.
The Village Board is meeting for a Workshop with staff for the following: Review of 2021 Goals and Objectives and Department Updates
The department directors provided a brief update for their department and reviewed their progress regarding 2021 Goals and Objectives: ESC Jim Norman provided a brief wrap up and plans for discussion at the September 9th Goals and Objectives workshop.
PUBLIC COMMENT
ADJOURN
Trustee Cecille moved to adjourn the Workshop. Trustee Baumer seconded the motion. A voice vote approved the adjournment. The Village Board adjourned the Workshop at 8:57 p.m.
