Preliminary and Final Plat of Resubdivision to permit a 2-lot Subdivision for the 2019 N. Rand Road property (proposed Belle Tire property); 3. Rezoning from Planned Development to B-5 - Highway Business District (approximately 13,000 square feet of the Arlington Toyota property would be subdivided and rezoned into the proposed Belle Tire property); 4. Planned Development Amendment and Rezoning from B-5 to Planned Development to incorporate approximately 24,000 square feet of the proposed Lot 2 (2019 N. Rand Road property) into the Arlington Toyota Planned Development (2095 N. Rand Road property) for continued use as a parking lot associated with Arlington Toyota; 5.
