A. DOCKET NO. PCD-21-09: 1101 SKOKIE BOULEVARD - STEPAN WALL SIGN (Public Meeting)

B. DOCKET NO. PCD-20-12: 2218-2226 CENTER AVENUE - PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION (First Public Hearing). An application filed by Ted and Dorie Gaty as owners of 2218, 2222, 2226 Center Avenue, for the purpose of authorizing the following zoning relief: A) Combined Tentative and Final Plat approval for the subdivision of the Subject Property into two new single-family lots in the R-5 Single Family Residential District; B) Variation to allow stormwater detention in an easement instead of in an outlot; C)Approval of any other such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.

A. DOCKET NO. PCD-21-08: Accessory Dwelling Units (First Public Hearing). A public hearing on an application by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Northbrook to consider amending the following sections of the Northbrook Zoning Code (1988), as amended, for consideration of allowing Accessory Dwelling Units to be constructed and maintained in the Village’s single-family residential districts. (A) Amend Article XII of the Zoning Code to define the term “Accessory Dwelling Units” or a similar term; (B) Amend Article III of the Zoning Code to establish standards for authorizing Accessory Dwelling Units in Single Family Zoning Districts; (C) Amend Article IX of the Zoning Code to establish standards for the approval, construction, and maintenance of Accessory Dwelling Units in residential districts; and (D) Amend Appendix B Land Use System, Master Use Table to add “Accessory Dwelling Units” (E) Such other amendments to the Northbrook Zoning Code, as may be required.
