A Resolution Recognizing Sandy Frum for 34 Years on the Village Board
President Ciesla commented Sandra Frum has dedicated herself to her family and the Northbrook community. She served as the Village President from 2009 to 2021. During her career, she held several leadership positions and is recognized as a leader in the community. Sandra's leadership style has provided a foundation of civic engagement built upon positive, caring, informed, decisive, committed, and collaborative civil discourse. Furthermore, she dedicated over 40 years of public service to the residents and businesses of Northbrook. The entire Northbrook community extends its profound gratitude and appreciation for the extraordinary service of Sandra Frum as the Village President of Northbrook.
President Ciesla thanked staff for their hard work this year during the pandemic.
Trustee Israel thanked Ms. Frum for the opportunity to serve as a Trustee with the Village Board. He noted Ms. Frum is a great leader who supports the residents in the community.
Trustee Collison commented she knew Ms. Frum since she was six years old and attended school with her son. She noted Ms. Frum leads by example and greatly supports the citizens of Northbrook. Furthermore, she shared words of encouragement she received from Ms. Frum. She discussed how Ms. Frum is a great listener and supports her fellow Trustees ideas. In summary, Ms. Frum will be greatly missed by the Village of Northbrook.
Trustee Ross discussed her friendly experience meeting Ms. Frum to discuss an opportunity to serve as a Trustee on the Village Board. She noted Ms. Frum is open minded to new ideas and greatly supports the residents of Northbrook. Furthermore, she will continue supporting Ms. Frum's passion for affordable housing opportunities.
Trustee Hebl discussed Ms. Frum's support for stormwater infrastructure in the Village of Northbrook. She noted the future generation of leaders will be amazed by Ms. Frum's stormwater investment and legacy of leadership in the community. Furthermore, Ms. Frum took time to have coffee with residents to hear their concerns and she was on the frontline handing out face masks during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, which shows her compassion for the public.
Trustee Pepoon thanked Ms. Frum for the opportunity to serve as a Trustee with the Village Board. He noted Ms. Frum is a great leader in the community and a very kind spirit. Furthermore, the Village Board will continue to lead by her great leadership legacy in the community.

She noted Ms. Frum is a great leader who supports the residents in the community. Furthermore, she thanked Ms. Frum for the opportunity to serve as a Trustee with the Village Board.

In addition, the Village will be gifting a scrapbook signed by great leaders in the State of Illinois and a message video to Ms. Frum. The Village Board will continue to lead by her great leadership legacy in the community.
Sandra Frum commented she has great confidence in the new Village Board. She acknowledged the Village staff for their hard work and dedication to serving the community. Furthermore, the Village has made many great accomplishments over the years. She thanked the Village for the opportunity to serve the community as the Village President.
