September 1: COVID-19 linked to 1 Wheeling death during 7 day period starting August 25

One person died as a result of complications related to a COVID-19 infection in Wheeling during the seven-day period that began on August 25, according to the Cook County Government.

The county updates death totals daily as they receive more data. As a result, these figures are likely to change as more data becomes available.
