7. ADDITIONAL BUSINESS

A. Request Board approval of auto-renewal of three-year membership in the Cook County HOME Consortium.

B. Request Board authorization to:

1) waive formal bidding; and

2) approve a proposal to:

a) furnish 1,900 replacement seat backs with Spec Seats (sole source vendor), Rancho Dominguez, CA in an amount not to exceed $44,630;

b) furnish and install a new roof sign with Britten Inc., Traverse City, MI in an amount not to exceed $87,500;

c) change existing signs (internal scoreboard, parking lot, marquee and external wall signs) with Omega Sign & Lighting Inc., Addison, IL in an amount not to exceed $156,483; and

d) add a NOW logo/vitamin bottle to the marquee sign with Omega Sign & Lighting Inc., Addison, IL in an amount not to exceed $157,389; and

e) provide temporary protection over the gas pipeline along Prairie Stone Parkway in an amount not to exceed $4,000, for the new naming rights signage at the NOW Arena in a total amount not to exceed $450,002 to be paid for in full in advance by NOW Health Group, Inc.
