As the Village of Barrington continues to follow social distancing requirements and Governor Priker’s Stay-At-Home order during the COVID-19 crisis, public comments will be accepted by email and phone call only. Public comments received by 7:00 p.m., Monday, June 22, 2020 will be read at the beginning of the meeting under Public Comment. Public Comments are limited to three minutes per person (approximately 400 wrien words). To submit public comment, submit an email to vobvm@barrington-il.gov, including:

● Organization, Agency, etc. Being Represented (If representing yourself, put "Self")

4. CONSENT AGENDA - CONSIDERATION OF AN "OMNIBUS VOTE" (*)

Illinois Municipalities may adopt by a single roll call vote of the Village Board and Village President a group of assorted ordinances, resolutions, motions and orders by an Omnibus Vote.

The Omnibus Vote shall be taken following the unanimous consent by the President and Board as to the items to be included in such vote. Any Trustee or the President may request that any item proposed to be included in an "Omnibus Vote" not be included in that vote.

i. CONSIDERATION RE: Motion to take a single roll call vote on the question of passage of Agenda Items designated by an asterisk (*) for voting purposes on the Consent Agenda. The motion requires unanimous consent of the President and Board of Trustees.

Prior to acting on this motion, the Chairperson will identify those items to be included on the Consent Agenda. It is at this point that any Trustee or the President may request that any item be deleted.

ii. CONSIDERATION RE: Motion to approve by an omnibus vote those Ordinances, Resolutions, Motions and Orders contained on the Consent Agenda and designated by an asterisk (*) by an omnibus vote.

*a. MOTION to Receive and Place on File a Recommendation from the Architectural Review Commission Re: ARC 20-08: Certificate of Appropriateness for the Demolition of an Accessory Contributing Structure Located at 129 Coolidge Avenue

*b. RESOLUTION #20- : ARC 20-10; 340-360 W. Northwest Highway Certificate of Approval

*c. RESOLUTION #20- : ARC 20-07; 302 W. Main Street Demolition of a Contributing Accessory Structure

*d. RESOLUTION #20- : Affirming Shared Principles of the Illinois National

Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police Regarding the Relationship Between Law Enforcement and the Communities and People They Serve
