Illinois State House District 19 issued the following announcement on June 2.
Working to address unemployment, state Rep. Lindsey LaPointe, D-Chicago, is promoting the state’s new Illinois Get Hired website to help residents find work during the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.
“As a result of the unprecedented health crisis, many Illinoisans have been put out of work and are struggling to find employment,” said LaPointe. “That is why I want to raise awareness about our state’s new job website to help residents get back on their feet.”
In response to the economic impact of the outbreak, LaPointe is promoting the state’s new website Illinois Get Hired to help residents find employment.
