As the Village of Barrington continues to follow social distancing requirements and Governor Pri ker’s Stay-At-Home order during the COVID-19 crisis, p ublic comments will be accepted by email and phone call only. Public comments received by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2020 will be read at the beginning of the meeting under Public Comment. Public Comments are limited to three minutes per person (approximately 400 wri en words). To submit public comment, submit an email to vobvm@barrington-il.gov , including:

● Organization, Agency, etc. Being Represented (If representing yourself, put "Self")

ORDINANCE #20- : Amending the Village of Barrington Village Code (RE: Title 1, "Administration": Section 1-14-1, “Enumerated”, of Chapter 14, “Fees, Charges, Deposits, and Other Amounts Payable to the Village”; Title 3, “Business and License Regulations”: Section 3-3-7, “Classification of Licenses; Fees”, Section 3-3-17, “Additional Prohibited Acts and Conditions”, and Article D, “Outdoor Cafes and Other Outdoor Use Areas”, of Chapter 6, “Food and Beverages”; and Title 7, “Public Ways and Property”: Section 7-5-5, “Use of Certain Items on Village Property”, of Chapter 5, “Village Property Use Regulations”)

B. RESOLUTION #20- : Authorizing the Use of Portions of Village Rights-of-Way and Certain Property Leased by the Village for Temporary Outdoor Dining Opportunities
