Evanston-Skokie Community Consolidated School District 65 recently issued the following announcement.
Youth meals distribution will be offered on Tuesdays, May 19 and May 26, due to the City of Evanston furlough day and Memorial Day holiday. Food distribution will take place at a new time, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the four distribution locations:
- Fleetwood-Jourdain Community Center, 1655 Foster St.
- Robert Crown Community Center, 1801 Main St.
- Kamen Park David Wood Fieldhouse, 1111 South Blvd.
- Mason Park, Church Street and Florence Avenue
We are awaiting State guidance on the summer meal program and will share any updates as soon as we are able.
