Consent

*A. This Resolution will approve and allow the Village of Skokie to enter into a Construction Engineering Services Agreement with Gewalt Hamilton Associates Inc., for construction supervision services for a transmission water main to be constructed along almost two (2) miles of streets throughout the Village. This item is on the consent agenda for approval.

*B. This ordinance will reclassify the zoning of the southern 160.63 feet along the east property line (the north line being the party wall line between 3412 Touhy and 3420 Touhy Avenue extended east and west to the lot lines) of the property located at 3412-3426 Touhy Avenue, from an M3 Industry district to a B2 Commercial district.
