Village of Wheeling Liquor Control Commission met Dec. 16.

Here is the minutes provided by the commission:

1. Call to Order

Chairman Horcher called the Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

2. Pledge of Allegiance

3. Roll Call - Deputy Clerk Karen Henneberry called the roll and the following Commission members were present:

Present: Pat Horcher, Mary Krueger, Ray Lang, Mary Papantos, Jim Ruffatto, Joe Vito 

Absent: Dave Vogel

Trustee Vogel was absent with prior notice.

4. Approval of Minutes

Approval of Minutes for the Special Meeting of November 4, 2019

Motion by Mary Papantos, second by Mary Krueger to approve Minutes as presented.

Final Resolution: Motion Approved 

Yes: Pat Horcher, Mary Krueger, Ray Lang, Mary Papantos, Jim Ruffatto, Joe Vito 

Absent: Dave Vogel

5. Citizen Concerns and Comments - None

6. New Business

A. Request for a Class A Liquor License from CB Theater Experience, LLC d/b/a CMX Wheeling Town (401 W. Dundee Road in the Wheeling Town Center)

Manager Sfondilis introduced the item and read the conditions for approval.

CMX Regional Operations Manager Wayne Tishka was present and answered a question from the Board

Motion by Mary Papantos, second by Mary Krueger to approve with noted conditions.

Final Resolution: Motion Approved 

Yes: Pat Horcher, Mary Krueger, Ray Lang, Mary Papantos, Jim Ruffatto, Joe Vito 

Absent: Dave Vogel

7. Adjournment

Chairperson Horcher asked for a Motion to adjourn.

Motion by Mary Papantos, second by Jim Ruffatto. Final Resolution: Motion Approved by voice vote, all Ayes, the meeting adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
