Norridge home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Norridge rose by $36,750 while total sales increased by 40.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 14.5% increase over the $253,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Norridge in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Norridge for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,845, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
