Arlington Heights (Cook County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Arlington Heights in Cook County fell by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 6.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 618 homes sold, with a median sale price of $294,500 - a 8% decrease over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 662 homes sold in Arlington Heights in the first half of 2018.
