Wheeling (Cook County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Wheeling in Cook County fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 5.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 140 homes sold, with a median sale price of $191,250 - a 7.3% decrease over the $206,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 148 homes sold in Wheeling in the second quarter of 2018.
