Palatine (Cook County) home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Palatine in Cook County fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 19.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 376 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 3.6% decrease over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 465 homes sold in Palatine in the second quarter of 2018.
