Glenview home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Glenview fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 10.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 247 homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 7.1% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 275 homes sold in Glenview in the second quarter of 2018.
