Park Ridge home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Park Ridge rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 200 homes sold, with a median sale price of $420,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $402,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 192 homes sold in Park Ridge in the second quarter of 2018.
