Inverness home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Inverness rose by $7,750 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $512,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Inverness in the second quarter of 2018.
