Wilmette home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Wilmette fell by $128,500 while total sales decreased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 150 homes sold, with a median sale price of $621,500 - a 17.1% decrease over the $750,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 165 homes sold in Wilmette in the second quarter of 2018.
