Inverness home prices fall in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in Inverness fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $505,000 - a 3.4% decrease over the $523,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Inverness in May 2018.
