Illinois General Assembly: HB3883 actions on Sept. 5

The following actions were taken on Sept. 5 in the House on House bill HB3883 ("flavored tobacco ban"): "Added Chief Co-Sponsor Rep. Mary Edly-Allen" and "Filed with the Clerk by Rep. Deb Conroy".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Deb Conroy (D-46) on Sept. 5, "creates the Flavored Tobacco Ban Act" and "prohibits the sale or distribution by an establishment of any flavored tobacco product," according to the General Assembly website.

The following house representatives also co-sponsored the bill: Mary Edly-Allen (D-51) and Martin J. Moylan (D-55).
