The youngest parolee is a 19-year-old man sentenced for crimes involving one or more weapons in 2018, and the oldest is a 63-year-old man sentenced for financial crimes or fraud in 2018.
The offender who had been incarcerated the longest is Joanna Reczek. She was convicted of crimes involving alcohol in 2017 when she was 29 years old. She is now 31.
Under state law, paroled offenders are still in legal custody of the IDOC, meaning they can be taken back to a correctional center at any time if the state has probable cause or a warrant.
