Des Plaines home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Des Plaines fell by $21,000 while total sales increased by 24.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,000 - a 10.5% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 69 homes sold in Des Plaines in March 2016.
