Schaumburg (Cook County) home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Schaumburg in Cook County fell by $8,000 while total sales increased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $192,000 - a 4% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Schaumburg in March 2016.
