Evanston home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Evanston rose by $25,000 while total sales increased by 43.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 79 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 10% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Evanston in March 2016.
