Mount Prospect home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Mount Prospect rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $270,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Mount Prospect in March 2016.
