Glenview home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Glenview fell by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 6% decrease over the $399,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Glenview in March 2016.
