Park Ridge home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Park Ridge fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $381,000 - a 7.3% decrease over the $411,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Park Ridge in March 2016.
