Glencoe home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Glencoe fell by $70,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $600,000 - a 10.4% decrease over the $670,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Glencoe in March 2016.
